SPERTS Bravo - A Lesson in Proper Sushi Making Etiquette

Hello future B-team soldiers. Your desire to serve your country has not gone unnoticed, be it adopted, faked, sincere, or futile. We don't really care. The point is your here to stop alien invasions and the like, so here's what you need to know:

1. 250 starting CP, with a DA max of 125.
2. Your character have some kind of consistent combat ability. SPERTS has no interest in hiring somebody who hits softer than my grandmother. And believe, that's setting a high standard.
3. One of you will be designated the leader of this team. That means you need to take the military rank advantage. Talk to me for final CP cost.

This will be highly railroaded with lots of action. So grab hold of your teddy bears, it's time to rock.

Director Friction

Just shared my 247-point PC on Skype. His name is Taku; he's a ronin who was pulled into the modern world through a series of poorly understood circumstances. SPERTS recruiting agents met up with him soon after he was arrested for waving a Wakizashi in front of a Verona strip mall. SPERTS pinned the incident on a Russian operative they needed eliminated (Cody Matthews, age 20), and recruited Taku. He's still very confused, but he's learned a little english and he's ready to fight for honor.

Short version of Hui's backstory: An agent sent from the Chinese version of SPERTS in order to "promote communication between the two agencies." Not really. He gained the ability to create and control electricity at will at a cost through incident he can't remember.He thinks he was sent to SPERTS because of his loner personality and the lack of bootlicking in the agency. Being a patriotic, he is really paranoid about Americans trying to fish national secrets out of him and distrusts anyone he thinks not a "genuine Chinese".
