Shards of Vorenthal - Main Roleplay Thread

Posting current campaign history because I'm lazy. In the future, rather than session recaps, I will be posting encounter recaps. Don't actually use this thread when an encounter is running though.

Session 1: Avengers Assemble!

Through various abnormalities and chance events, the individual party members each ended up on Valeya. Many of them have no idea where they are or why they are still alive. Together, they defeated a group of goblins trying to assault the village and were tasked by the village elder Morgan Freeman with striking a counterblow at the green monsters. On their way through the Phaseway they were ambushed by a group of void guards, whom they dispatched.

Session 2: Goblins in the Farest

The party arrived on the unnamed shard and were immediately greeted by members of a unknown cult. They warned the party not to travel to the temple in the distance before disappearing. The party proceeded deeper into the shard and slaughtered some goblins performing a ritual in the forest.

Session 3: Kurogane and the Nice Lady

Arriving at the goblin village in a noisy fashion, the party noticed a woman tied to an altar. After a bloody battle that almost cost Kurogane his life, the party managed to free her. They discovered that she was from the Terran Dominion, an explorer, and she told the party she would reward them if they explored the temple in the distance.

Session 4: The Mysterious Temple

The party is now embroiled in a battle with cultists who have infested the nearby temple. All RP can be found in this thread.
